Our mission began in 1994 when I received THE CALLING to go on a Bible distribution tour into Russia. I learned very early that God was giving me a heart for the Russian people. In addition to how God has blessed this church development and our success in working with the Russian and Belarusian people, we have served Chernobyl families in their time of need along with hundreds of orphans in showing God’s LOVE in supplying many needs since 1998.
It is a fact that well over 60% of all the radiation from Chernobyl, 24 years ago, fell on the eastern region of Belarus where I have been serving. I have listened to many family stories about the devastation, resettlement, and health issues. I have interviewed doctors associated with these families and have learned that thyroid cancer is still developing in the youth, and infants will continue to be born with the effects of Chernobyl for many years to come.
For these reasons we continue to supply the funds so that these families can buy the necessary medicines and vitamins to give their children a better life and hope for the future. There is no greater joy than to see a former listless Chernobyl child smile.
...but we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word. Acts 6:4
